JOB ITI, established by the JOB Educational and Social Welfare Society in the year 1997, began with trades in Electrician, Fitter, and Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA), with an initial intake capacity of 208 seats. The institute is affiliated with the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT), and the courses offered are governed by the Directorate General of Employment & Training (DGE&T), Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India. From time to time, the courses have been restructured and updated to align with evolving industrial and market demands. Course titles and guidelines are prescribed by the DGE&T in accordance with government policies. The institute has its own building located in Haldwani city, Nainital district, spread across 0.16 acres, and strategically positioned in close proximity to the Kumaon region. JOB ITI recognizes the growing need for quality industrial training for trainees who must face an increasingly competitive industrial landscape. We focus on providing technical education to youth, especially those from underprivileged backgrounds, and equipping them with industry-relevant knowledge and hands-on training to enable them to contribute to progressive global industrial development. JOB ITI empowers trainees to achieve a better standard of living by instilling in them strong values of morality, discipline, and essential life skills, preparing them to meet real-world challenges with confidence.
